We currently ship to the following regions:

- International Shipping: Select countries in Europe, North America, and other global destinations.

We process and dispatch orders within 4-6 business days after receiving payment confirmation.
Delivery times vary based on your location:

Please note: Delivery time may vary due to unforeseen delays like customs processing, holidays, or weather conditions.
3. Shipping Costs

- Standard Shipping: Free on orders over £60.
- Orders under £60: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your package directly on our carrier’s website.
If you don’t receive your tracking information within 48 hours, please reach out to us.
5. Pre-Orders
For items marked as Pre-Order, please refer to the product page for estimated shipping dates. Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as they are available.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us immediately (Within 24 hours). While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
